We’re looking for candidates who have:
Five or more years of progressive responsibility as a leader, supervisor, or manager in sales management. Other relevant leadership experience will also be considered.
A master's degree, or higher, from an accredited college/university is preferred.
Demonstrated superior oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Current experience using business management tools; desktop strategic planning, database, spreadsheet and project management software and college/business wide information technology systems.
A polished, professional demeanor is required for this position as the successful candidate will regularly interact with customers, faculty, and staff.
Key Job Duties
Responsible for achieving budget expectations while directing a team of enrollment counselors in the process of carrying leads from inquiry through to enrollment.
Accomplish CAGS Enrollment goals, budgets and strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
Manage local advertising and marketing to increase local brand awareness and lead generation.
Develop CAGS Enrollment organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establish functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Develop CAGS Enrollment financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Promote the University and attract new students by maintaining working relationships with other University departments; work closely with the alumni office and the publications department.
Maintain continuing flow of quality applicants and transfers to the University by analyzing trends in enrollment and marketing activities, leading activities to continue programs that are effective, modifying programs, and presenting new sales strategies for the University's recruitment and admission activities.
Achieve or exceed assigned CAGS goals (including enrollment development).
Administer business plans and budget associated with approved strategic plans and projects, including local marketing, course scheduling and event planning.
Demonstrate ability to work effectively and positively with other administrators and faculty and to establish and maintain effective positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
Lead and direct the delivery of high quality student/customer service. Serve as a leader of CAGS and College of Undergraduate Studies interdepartmental collaboration, 3+1/3+2 initiatives and other articulation agreements.
While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to walk, stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, speak with clarity, and have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. You will be required to work occasional irregular hours, including some nights and weekends. Colorado Christian University expects all faculty and staff to become a part of the University community by participating in activities and events that occur on the campus throughout the year, which may occur during evenings and weekends.
