Help Dean hire and train adjunct, part-time and full-time faculty.
Contribute to all PDE program reviews for certifications and degree programs and completes major review reports for external review bodies.
Coordinate student progress toward degree/certification in collaboration with other College faculty and student advisors.
Coordinate responses to student issues in collaboration with other College faculty and staff.
Speak at Open Houses and participate in other student recruitment activities.
Assist with preparation of reports and other documents, including the coordination of student learning goals for the programs.
Prepare and/or revise program four-year-plans and post-baccalaureate/graduate programs of study, annually.
Ensure curricular and program planning consistency between the traditional, nontraditional and post-baccalaureate certification programs.
Stay abreast of current trends in the field.
Contribute to curriculum development needs.
Use engaging instructional and training strategies with students.
Develop high quality onground, online and hybrid coursework.
Use educational technology in the classroom with expertise.
Doctorate in Education, Instructional I Certification and a second certification/specialty area in School Leadership.
Teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate level
Professional experience in the discipline
Knowledge of programs, including certification processes in Pennsylvania and/or nationally
Effective interpersonal skills
