Tabor College seeks a health care entrepreneur to launch a residential Pre-Licensure Nursing Program with opportunity to develop additional programming. Responsibilities include facilitating program management (two existing programs: RN-BSN and MSN), teaching, advising, assessment, building community/clinical relations, and additional duties as assigned.
Terminal degree required (DNP or PhD preferred).
Minimum 5 years of practice-based nursing experience required.
Minimum 3 years of experience running a unit, group, or practice required.
Commitment to teaching and service in the context of a Christian liberal arts college is essential.
A creative approach to innovation and program development highly desired.
Knowledge of CCNE Standards preferred.
Salary Commensurate with experience and faculty salary schedule.
Beginning Date: Preferred start January 2020, regular start July 2020.
