Position for Resident Director is in a female residential area. Position available: January 1, 2020. Resident Director is responsible for encouraging a campus climate conducive to intellectual, spiritual, social and physical development and care for one another within a residential setting Program Coordinator will assist the associate dean of residential life in program development and housing. Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree preferred. A personal relationship with Christ and a commitment to the lifestyle of the University and its theological tradition and mission. Understanding of developmental needs of a college student and how the residence hall environment plays a vital role in a student's educational experience. Possesses organizational and interpersonal skills: ability to communicate well with students, direct residence hall programming, and follow through with administrative tasks. A working knowledge of The Housing Director (THD) hosted by Adirondack Solutions is a plus. Will train.
