Spring Arbor University is seeking an individual with teaching experience to strengthen and continue to build our undergraduate psychology program. This is a faculty position, tenure track. Start date – August 2020. The review of applications will begin November 15 and will continue until the position is filled.
Teach a full-time (24 credit hour) load in psychology per academic year.
Assigned coursework could include Intro to Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, History/Systems, Research, Statistics and other needed psychology courses.
The person will be expected to work collaboratively with the dean, chair, and fellow faculty members to support the psychology program and all students enrolled in psychology courses.
Related duties include academic advising/mentoring of psychology majors and minors.
PhD in Psychology, PsyD, or related terminal degree preferred.
Successful college teaching experience is required; experience teaching in both traditional campus environments and nontraditional modalities is preferred.
