Calvin University is seeking an Associate Director of Enrollment Systems and Operationsto maximize the use of our systems and data in support of enrollment strategy, goals and operations.
The Associate Director of Enrollment Systems and Operations is responsible for designing, implementing and executing the university’s enrollment systems and operations to support university enrollment growth strategies. The associate directorand their team will be responsible for assessing and fine-tuning the enrollment systems to capitalize on the most advanced capabilities of each system, ensuring that the enrollment division can provide highly personalized support to both internal and external customers. The associate director, in collaboration with other university leaders, will develop and refine a robust, innovative and highly intuitive enrollment technology strategy prioritizing the use of the CRM. Therefore, the associate director should have a proven background improving business processes, quality and system automation to ensure the performance, integrity, and security of data.
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer information systems, or related field.
5+ years of related work experience.
Progressive experience with projects and supervision of professional staff in admissions or related systems and operations field.
