Reporting to the Director, Financial Aid Office, provides counseling and guidance to students, parents, faculty and staff regarding financial aid programs, application procedures, and interaction with Student Accounts.
To succeed in this role the successful candidate will need:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of professional level experience that would support the financial aid profession
Ability and desire to establish positive relationships with persons regardless of race, gender, physical limitation or religious belief
Active commitment to equal opportunity for all persons
Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills
Commitment to quality customer service
Ability to work with and understand regulations
Ability to meet deadlines while producing accurate information
Competent using Windows 365
