CCCU institutions are located around the world. Though they are diverse in size, scope, and mission, they are each committed to faith-integrated higher education.
Responsible for coordination of the operations for National & Global. Responsible for N&G site management, including the construction and operations of all regional education centers.
Vice President Regional Education & External Relations
Masters of Management, MBA, or related graduate degree
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates with the VP to develop and maintain organization within the administrative regional education team.
Reports to the VP regarding inter-and intra-departmental coordination of operational services to N&G departments.
Reports to the VP regarding operations in the AGS Administrative Center, the Star Building, all regional education centers, and site administration.
Reviews with the VP all contracts for the construction of new regional education centers. On Call Nights and Weekends to ensure safety and security of N&G building along with weather alerts for all campuses.
Provides input to the Executive Director of Finance and the Business Manager regarding the financial affairs of AGS, including but not limited to budgets & capital expenditures for regional education centers.
Serves as the N&G liaison with University Information Systems for the provision of networking, telephone, computer, and information system resources.
Serves as the N &G liaison with the university Physical Plant department.
Other such tasks as may be required.
Supervises Operations Assistant, Administrative personnel, and serves on Regional Education Leadership Team
According to Indiana Wesleyan University, employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
At least two years business management support experience.
Knowledge of accounting and management tools.
Experience with the management of staff.
