Key Job Duties
Data Management and Reporting
Create and manage tracking reports and provide analytical support to the Director and other staff.
Serve as Salesforce power user and troubleshooter for Admissions Office.
Fulfill data requests required for management decisions.
Oversee data integrity and data standards within the Admissions Office.
Analyze statistical information to assist in assessing recruitment strategies.
Assist with data tracking and analysis regarding prospective students' indicators to enroll.
Work directly with vendor imports to ensure file formatting accuracy, accurate and timely imports, and data integrity.
Maintain records of admissions operations policies and procedures.
Generate annual report for Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Dual Enrollment under the direction of the Vice President of Student Life and Enrollment.
Serve as a liaison between Life Directions Center (advising), Residence Life, Office of Undergraduate Admissions, and Institutional Effectiveness for data generation, analysis, and reporting of key enrollment data and indicators to enroll.
Provide technical support for the Admissions Office, as needed.
Troubleshoot and help Associate Director and Director resolve systems/process issues including Sales Force, Colleague, Filebound, StarRez, and reporting systems including Business Intelligence and Tableau.
Communication Flow Management and Fulfillment
Oversee communication flow plans to various populations ensuring physical and digital communication is executed on time, accurately, and to correct populations.
Manage printing and postage budget.
Direct Mail Correspondence
Accurately track and maintain records of incoming student scholarship awards and execute admission letters ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with data tracking and analysis regarding prospective students' indicators to enroll.
Serve as communication liaison with Recruitment, Marketing and Events, Operations staff, and Enrollment senior staff with regard to reporting, data integrity, data generation, and analysis.
Identify population, create reports, and generate admission letters and other written communication to prospective students on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Quality control all written communication to ensure accuracy, secure live signatures, and complete mailings.
Attend Admissions senior staff meetings in order to better coordinate with, problem solve, and support recruitment, marketing and operations key initiatives and outcomes.
Interview, train, and manage student workers for data entry and general office duties.
Assist with special projects and assume other appropriate responsibilities as delegated by senior staff.
Create and maintain office training and procedures documentation for operations and recruitment for Salesforce and other key systems.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
A proven track record and work experience in operations and data management
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools

While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to walk, stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, speak with clarity, and have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. You may be required to work occasional irregular hours, including some nights and weekends. Colorado Christian University expects all faculty and staff to become a part of the University community by participating in activities and events that occur on the campus throughout the year, which may occur during evenings and weekends.
