Ouachita Baptist University invites applications for a 12-month appointment as founding Director of our Applied Behavior Analysis Master’s program. BCBA-D status by start date, preferred; ABD considered. We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and effective teacher/researcher who will develop, supervise, and teach in the ABA program. Position expected to become tenure track when the program is successfully established.
During the first year, the Director will be responsible for procurement and on-going administration of all instructional resources including but not limited to the acquisition and maintenance of Verified Course Sequence from the ABAI; coordinating practicum placements with our clinical partners; recruitment of prospective students; and identification and hiring of adjunct instructors. After initiation of the program, the Director is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the Master’s program and teaching a course load of two per semester. Applicants should demonstrate commitment to the University’s mission, teaching, research, service, and professional development.
