Teach a part-time faculty load in mathematics, generally 12 credit hours per academic year. Assigned coursework could include mathematics and basic statistics, both applied (basic algebra through differential equations) and theoretical (proof & discrete, abstract algebra, real analysis, etc.) and mathematics foundations courses for education students. Work with the chair and fellow faculty to support the mathematics program and all students enrolled in Math courses.

Education and/or Experience
PhD or Master’s degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education preferred; minimum of masters degree and 18 graduate credit hours of mathematics required.
Successful college teaching experience in traditional campus environments and nontraditional modalities is preferred.
Experience in teaching math education and or experience teaching math in a K-12 setting is also preferred.
