Position Summary Additional responsibilities for the Assistant Director of Sports Ministry Program include:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Multi-tasking and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient with personal computers, online computing systems, databases and other office equipment
Experience in teaching and creating online curriculum in the area of practical theology and leadership
Self-starter and able to work independently
Experience in grant writing
Strong organizational skills
Qualifications A Master's degree in Ministry, Theology, Sociology or a related field and one year of relevant work experience is required. A Doctoral degree in Theology or related field and five years of relevant work experience are preferred.
