Trinity Christian College invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position in Physics beginning in August 2019.
This is a tenure-track faculty role. The major responsibilities include teaching the following courses and related labs: Physical Science, Calculus-based General Physics I and II, and other courses in the department as appropriate given the experience and educational background of the candidate. Priorities will be given to candidates with additional expertise in teaching chemistry. Additional responsibilities include academic advising, meeting with prospective students, and participation in the life of the department, college service, and scholarly and professional achievement. Some teaching may require evening hours.

Trinity Christian College is a four-year liberal arts college located in Palos Heights, Illinois, a suburb twenty miles southwest of Chicago. Since its founding in 1959, Trinity has provided its students with an excellent Christian higher education in the Reformed tradition. Ph.D. in Physics or related field is desired, as is extensive coursework in related fields. ABD candidates will be considered. Previous college-level teaching experience is desired.
