Trinity Christian College seeks a full-time Campus Visit Coordinator for the Admissions Department. The Campus Visit Coordinator at Trinity Christian College will participate in all aspects of planning prospective student recruitment events on campus. Working closely with the Conference and Events Manager and reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations, s/he will be responsible for the marketing, branding, execution and follow up of scheduled campus visit days, admitted student events, individual visit appointments, regional recruitment events and scholarship events. S/he must possess strong organizational skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office and possess a flexible persona with the ability to adapt to last minute changes and needs of guests. This position will work closely with the admissions office and must be able to convey accurate and timely information to prospective students, faculty and staff.
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Scheduling, planning, promoting and execution of college visit days, individual visit appointments, admitted student events, regional recruitment events, and scholarship events. Marketing these events, communicating to prospective attendees and providing timely and detailed follow up to attendees.
Accommodating various group visits to campus
Meeting and greeting students and families as they arrive for their visit
Overseeing and training College Ambassadors to provide tours and accommodate guests on campus
Analyzing data and surveys related to the visit experience to enhance future events and drive enrollment
Clearly communicating and delegating responsibilities for admissions events to Trinity faculty and staff
Effectively communicate the mission of the college to prospective students, parents, counselors, pastors, and others
Work with admissions representatives to drive campus visits
A bachelor’s degree is required but a master’s degree or some graduate work is preferred. Three years of admissions experience or similar hospitality related position is preferred. A valid US driver’s license is required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak publicly and to talk easily and skillfully with potential students and parents, both individually and in groups. Fluent communication of Spanish language a plus.
