Located in Mishawaka, Indiana, Bethel College, a faith-integrated liberal arts college, seeks a Full-Time Tenure-Track Faculty of Computer Science, beginning August 2019 to join with us in building the newly refreshed computer science program.
The successful candidate will be involved in course development, teaching, advising, and supervision of internships in computer science.
Exceptional candidates will demonstrate teaching excellence, possess an interest in cooperative programs in Christian Liberal Arts settings and be able to articulate a vision for a Computer Science program appropriate for a small liberal arts college.
Responsibilities include twelve hours of undergraduate teaching per semester as well as various departmental and professional responsibilities. Faculty rank is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Eligible candidates should possess a master's degree in computer science or related field, with preference given to those with a Ph.D. and/or industry experience in software development or cyber security.
