Warner University invites applications for a full-time 9-month faculty position in Physical Education.
The primary responsibilities for this position will be teaching courses within the Exercise & Sport Studies Department, including, but not limited to, Lifetime Wellness, Nutrition in Exercise & Sport, and Teaching Health and Personal Fitness. Other responsibilities include advising students and serving on university committees.
Master’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Health Education, or related field.
Doctoral degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Health Education, or related field and previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level.

History: Warner University was founded in 1968 by the Church of God, Anderson, Indiana, as a liberal arts co-educational, Christian university. The campus was built on 300 acres donated by Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Holland. The first commencement took place in 1972 with four graduates. Warner’s third President, Dr. David A. Hoag, was inaugurated in the fall of 2016. He is preceded in leadership by only two others; Dr. Gregory V. Hall (1991 – 2016) and Dr. Leroy Fulton (1968 – 1991).
