The School of Business, as an academic unit of Southern Nazarene University, is charged with meeting the demand for new and relevant academic programs that equip students for a successful career in business.

Teach half load in the School of Business (traditional undergraduate program) and teach half load in Professional and Graduate Studies (Graduate Studies in Business).
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to teaching excellence, scholarship, and program development. The new faculty member will serve as a member of the School of Business with responsibility for teaching within the traditional undergraduate program, with half teaching load assignments in the graduate studies business programs. Additional responsibilities will include advising traditional undergraduate students as well as service within the department and university.
Earned doctorate in a Business discipline from an accredited institution. ABD candidates may also be considered.
Three years of successful teaching experience, including face-to-face and online delivery.
Commitment to high-quality instruction in a student-centered environment with interest in active and collaborative learning as well as instructional use of technology.
Experience in creating courses and evaluating outcomes.
Ability to teach across disciplines
Prior relevant business experience
Demonstrated experience with curriculum design theories, methodologies, and best practices
