The Data Specialist I position is responsible for processing documents for prospective inquiries and applicants pursuing admission at Anderson University. This position will lead a team of student workers through the various tasks necessary to manage an efficient workflow.
Supports daily office functions by receiving, scanning, processing, and verifying incoming and outgoing documents.
Oversees student workers.
Serves as first tier admission help desk support.
Ensures data integrity between multiple systems.
Processes outgoing mail communication to prospective students.
Tracks marketing inventory used in physical mailings/communications.
Maintains official school and school contact lists in CRM software.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
Information technology experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Effectively communicates with technical and non-technical staff.
Ability to thrive independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous knowledge of Technolutions Slate, or other CRM, and Ellucian Power Campus.
