The College seeks a Director of Online Education (DOE) to provide strategic and entrepreneurial management to the online operations of the College. The Director of Online Learning provides strategic and managerial oversight to the virtual courses, programs, assets, faculty, and students associated with online learning offered through the College. Working with the Academic Office and the Faculty, the Director ensures the rigor, quality, and regulatory alignment of online coursework. Strategically, the Director maintains an entrepreneurial environment, advancing the mission of the college through ongoing campaigns, innovative offerings, and tactical planning.
Because of the mission and ministry of CCC, this position’s salary is in the range of fifty thousand dollars. Master’s Degree in Education, Instruction Design & Technology, Instruction Systems, Educational Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field. In addition, the candidate should have experience with:
Instruction design experience
Oversight of distance learning
Launching new online programs
Marketing online programs
Course development experience
Faculty development (online)
Staff management (virtual and live)
