The Graduate Program Director is accountable for providing leadership to faculty in the planning, development, coordination and implementation of the graduate-level programs. The Director assists in ongoing and annual program evaluation activities to measure program-level outcomes and identify performance improvements. The Director collaborates and provides guidance to the graduate program concentration coordinators, conducts graduate faculty meetings, determines teaching assignments, participates in review of faculty annual planning/goals and assists in mid-year evaluations.
Campus: Knoxville or Bristol, will require some travel to other campus locations
Minimum Qualifications: MSN required; DNP/PhD preferred; Applicants with higher education leadership experience and who are currently enrolled in a terminal degree program with target completion within two years will also be considered. Unencumbered RN licensure in TN/multistate required or eligible; excellent oral and written communication skills; Knowledge of accreditation standards; Candidates with 2 or more years full-time teaching/leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
