Roberts Wesleyan College, a dynamic leader among Christian liberal arts colleges, seeks a full-time (10-month) Head Women’s Basketball Coach. Reporting to the Athletic Director, this individual will direct all facets of the women’s basketball program including recruiting athletes, scheduling games, budgeting, coordinating travel and implementing a competitive NCAA Division II program within our community of faith in support of our mission. In addition, this person will serve in a secondary administrative role within the Athletics Department.
Qualifications: Master’s degree with 2-3 years of college level coaching experience preferred. Excellent basketball knowledge and expertise; strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, and ability to serve as a positive role model for student-athletes.
