Warner University, Lake Wales, Florida, is seeking a full-time faculty member to teach in the Social Work Program. The primary focus of Warner is on teaching and support of the student population. Warner is an evangelical Christian university affiliated with the Church of God, Anderson, Indiana. All members of the Warner community are committed to the mission and Christian purpose of the University. The social work program at Warner University received initial accreditation from the council on Social Work Education in June 2013. A reaffirmation self-study was completed in 2016.

History: Warner University was founded in 1968 by the Church of God, Anderson, Indiana, as a liberal arts co-educational, Christian university. The campus was built on 300 acres donated by Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Holland. The first commencement took place in 1972 with four graduates. Warner’s third President, Dr. David A. Hoag, was inaugurated in the fall of 2016. He is preceded in leadership by only two others; Dr. Gregory V. Hall (1991 – 2016) and Dr. Leroy Fulton (1968 – 1991).
