MBU is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time faculty position in Information Technology. A terminal degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field is required. The University will consider an earned doctorate or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field, plus advanced experience in the business field and teaching. Special consideration will be given to candidates with expertise and/or background in Information Security and Assurance; Network Management; and/or Application Development. Candidates with technology/computer related certifications and knowledge of the certification process are a plus. The applicant must be able to relate to and engage students, be a program builder, and be able to develop partnerships in the technology and business communities. Duties for the position include teaching face-to-face and online courses, student advisement, committee assignments, and other duties as assigned by the Dean of Business.
