The Graduate Assistant for the Dual Credit Department works with assisting Dual Credit Representatives (DCRs) in their recruitment, registration, and evaluation efforts. This position will be assigned to support territory recruitment, registration, and evaluations across multiple states or territories, and travel is occasionally required. The individual selected will be aiding DCRs in contacting new leads. This person must have strong relationship building skills and be able to promote the University to high school students, school contacts, and parents. This role suits someone who is a self-starter, likes to travel, and can make independent decisions that lead to schools partnering with CCU in offering approved Dual Credit (DC) courses to students.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into one of CCU's graduate programs is required.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively as a team member and as an individual contributor.
Able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple tasks. Work under deadlines and manage time effectively.
Able to learn and use admission software, along with other Microsoft Office programs.
Energetic, self-starter, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Positive demeanor and professional appearance are required
