Regent University seeks an experienced Associate Registrar with the vision, enthusiasm and motivation to help support the Registrar’s Office and help support the exponential enrollment increase at one of the fastest-growing universities in the country. Since 2013, Regent University has seen 66% growth in total enrollment, topping 11,000 students in Fall 2018. Major Function of the Position:
As a member of the Registrar’s Office leadership team this position assists in the formulation, communication and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, curriculum management in support of the University’s academic goals and objectives, ensure effective and efficient office operations.
2. Experience: A minimum of three years Registrar’s Office experience. Banner expertise in at least one of the following areas:
Course schedule creation and maintenance, and
Proven track record of effective working relationships with a broad variety of audiences, including program coordinators, deans, directors, assistant/associate vice presidents and IT professionals. Proven track record of managing large quantities of data and details. A minimum of two year experience supervising full-time and part-time staff.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with an ability to solve problems independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional written/oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy while completing repetitive tasks.
Excellent organization and time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, details, and deadlines.
Strong leadership skills in motivating, training and supervising staff.
