Trinity Christian College seeks a full-time Head Men’s Basketball Coach (50%) combined with 50% staff position, beginning summer 2018. Staff position selected to fit with openings at the College and candidate area of expertise.
Master’s degree preferred and previous basketball coaching experience required; head coaching and college experience preferred. Trinity seeks candidates who are professing Christians and committed to excellence in coaching and service to the college. They should support the goals of a strong liberal arts education in the tradition of Reformed Christian higher education and be competent to demonstrate to students a mature articulation of faith and learning.
The men’s head basketball coach is responsible for the overall administration and organization of the men’s basketball program, which includes recruiting, organizing practices, and all aspects related to home and away game preparation. The person in this position reports to the Athletics Director. Staff responsibilities depend on the areas of experience and expertise as well as the needs of the department.
