This position is in CCU’s Service Central office, a department with integrated student service functions. The Service Specialist maintains excellent student support in the areas of financial aid, payment arrangements, and student accounts for students in the College of Adult and Graduate Studies (CAGS). The Service Specialist supports inbound telephone communication from students with all accompanying questions and concerns.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Able to develop client relationships and support excellent customer service with internal and external constituents.
Able to handle high-volume phone traffic and process multiple tasks and a wide variety of constituent issues.
Proficient in a computer environment and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
College degree preferred.
