Provide customized, personalized support for doctoral participants who are seasoned adult leaders as they consider their professional and academic goals
In consultation with the Director, communicate with faculty and university personnel with respect to certain academic responsibilities, including teaching schedules, course syllabi, and directed research requirements, execution of doctoral-level policies, deadlines, and guidelines
In collaboration with the Director, develop new concentrations; develop short- and long-term course scope, sequence, and design; create innovative educational experiences; and innovative strategies for the program
Interact with prospects regarding the DMin program, providing a positive and accurate portrayal of the program and its transformational benefits through all means of communication. This includes evaluation of all post-secondary transcripts for satisfaction of MDiv Equivalency, if applicable
Manage all stages of the MDiv Equivalency process
Participate in whatever capacity necessary to render the best service in the affairs of the department and the school
Springfield, Missouri is home of Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife, rated the number 1 new attraction in 2018. Springfield is ideally located thirty minutes north of Branson, home of Silver Dollar City, a 2009 recipient of the “Golden Ticket” award as the “friendliest park” in the entire theme park industry. Springfield is also home of the Springfield Cardinals baseball team akin to the St. Louis Cardinals and is geographically positioned three hours southwest of St. Louis, three hours southeast of Kansas City, and three hours northeast of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Possess an earned Doctor of Ministry degree from an ATS accredited institution, or willing to enter our Doctor of Ministry program
Possess credentials with the Assemblies of God or willing to obtain credentials with the Assemblies of God
Practice excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate successful experience working within an academic context
Demonstrate effective leadership of organizations
Demonstrate ability to excel in a high-energy fast-paced team environment
Occasional travel commensurate with strategic recruiting at events, with key leaders, and for what is deemed necessary to build the program
