The Executive Assistant provides executive and administrative assistance to the Vice President of Advancement in all daily activities, tasks, and projects, as well as general coordination and management for the Office of University Advancement. Manages activities and records for capital campaign.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree preferred; previous executive administrative support experience with experience in higher education and/or fundraising preferred.
Demonstrated ability to professionally represent office to donors and staff through excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate program work flow and oversee complex schedules.
Exercises discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
