Redeemer University College invites applications for a tenure-track position in Applied Social Sciences beginning December 1, 2018 or July 1, 2019. Applicants must possess an M.S.W. and must possess or be near completion of a D.S.W. or a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline. The ideal candidate would have at least five years post-M.S.W. experience in social work practice, preferably in the Canadian context, and especially in the areas of counseling, internship supervision, group work, child welfare, and crisis intervention.
As a liberal arts and sciences university college rooted in the Reformed tradition of Christianity, we seek candidates who are committed to teaching and pursuing scholarship from this perspective.
