The Associate Director of Admissions for Recruitment for the College of Undergraduate Studies (CUS) is a full-time position in the office of Undergraduate Admissions reporting to the Director of Admissions for CUS. The Associate Director is responsible for the training, management, support and ultimately the performance and enrollment results of the CUS Enrollment Counselors. The Associate Director of Admissions for Recruitment is responsible for ongoing training, performance measurement and management, coaching, and day-to-day support of our staff of Enrollment Counselors. The University seeks to fill this position in the summer of 2018.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communication, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
1-2 years of leadership/supervision experience in Admissions required, preferably with experience coaching staff and goal setting.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated knowledge of higher education.
Experience overseeing budgets.
Experience with Ellucian/Recruiter and/or Salesforce preferred.
