Position Description The Office of Admissions is seeking applicants for an exempt, year-round, full-time Admissions CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) Coordinator. This position is the point of contact with the CRM organization (i.e. – Slate, Salesforce, etc.) as well as the University’s IT department. The Admissions CRM Coordinator is at the core of our admissions organization and is relied upon to provide consistent and reliable actionable data to increase enrollment. This position reports to the Associate VP for Enrollment and serves both the traditional undergraduate and the graduate & adult enrollment teams.

The duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Assist in the implementation of a new CRM at Northwest Nazarene University
Develops and manages the overall CRM communications plan (frequency, timing, messaging) for the University’s prospective students
Manages all imports into the CRM
Collect and analyze data to detect trends and improve service and outcomes
Conduct and coordinate electronic marketing campaigns to various prospective student markets
Evaluate ongoing campaigns for response rates, ROI, and other key metrics
Write reports and create presentations to communicate trends in various areas of the enrollment funnel
Supports and collaborates with various internal stakeholders, such as marketing, admissions, and IT
Assist with New Student Orientation and recruiting events
Other duties as assigned
Two years’ related CRM system experience
Sufficient skills, knowledge and training to perform the essential functions and take ownership of this position

Strong understanding of analytics process, tools and testing methodologies
Energetic, self-motivated, multi-tasking, team player with excellent organizational and administrative abilities
Ability to self-start, be calm under pressure, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision, and relate to a variety of personalities under diverse circumstances
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to maintain confidential information and files
Ability to perform detail work with a high level of accuracy. Proofreading skills required
Ability to problem solve and use logical deductive reasoning
Computer competency with knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint , internet search engines, and ability to learn job specific programs
Computer systems knowledge and technical awareness to work with complex information systems and electronic databases; experience with database management systems is preferred
Ability to problem solve with effective reasoning
Ability to work independently as well as with others
Accurate and dependable team player
A commitment to use information resources ethically and to honor standards of confidentiality in working with constituent and institutional information
Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in the English language
Ability to view a computer screen for extended periods of time
Ability to sit, walk and bend
Experience with Slate
Compensation The salary will be determined by the educational background and experience of each applicant within a range of $37,500 to $40,000.
