Position: Business Administration Chair and Associate Professor

The College of Business and Sport Professions is currently accepting applications for a Chairperson of the Business Administration Department at the Associate Professor level beginning with the Fall Term of 2018. The NGU Marketing Degree Program is accredited by S.A.C.S. (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools) and is a candidate for accreditation by I.A.C.B.E. (International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education) This is a nine-month, full-time position. Starting salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Teaching: Teach undergraduate courses in Business, such as our Professional Development Seminar, First Year Experience, Principles of Management, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Personal Finance, Organizational Behavior, Business, Strategy Seminar and also includes supervision of the Business Internship Program.
Scholarship: Scholarly publications, professional presentations, and grant procurement are desired professional activities.
Service: Provide service to the Department, College, and University committees; professional organizations, the Business Advisory Board and the Greenville County community.
Administration: Assist with on-going curriculum development; participate in student recruitment and retention; provide academic advising; provide leadership for student professional organizations, assist with alumni development and successfully complete the accreditation process with I.A.C.B.E.
