POSITION TITLE: Program Coordinator/Office Manager OFFICE: North American Office POSITION REPORTS TO: V.P. of Business and Institutional Relations EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION: Staff; Exempt, Full-Time POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Program Coordinator/Office Manager will assist the Vice President of Business and Institutional Relations (VP) with all aspects of managing the North American operations and achieving enrollment goals.
Review and appropriately process admissions applications. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and donors. Coordinate all aspects of short-term, long-term, and special programs with the University's Jerusalem Office. Write and send admissions related communication. Maintain admissions and donor databases Manage all administrative office functions including mail, phones, databases and bank deposits, etc. Occasional travel
Serve the University in a friendly, helpful professional manner Approach projects as a self starter
Bachelor’s degree in any area of study Admissions experience preferred
REQUIRED MENTAL/PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Must be able to use a computer (keyboard, mouse, and touchpad) and phone system for up to four hours at a time Must be able to read a computer screen for up to four hours at a time Ability to travel on behalf of the University
