MidAmerica Nazarene University is inviting applications from highly qualified candidates for an open position as a teacher and scholar in the field of history to teach in the undergraduate History Program. Candidates for this 9-month position should be able to demonstrate a commitment to Christian higher education. A proven track record in teaching, scholarly activity, discipline-based community service and management of curriculum and academic programs is required. The successful candidate will provide leadership for the Major in History and the Major in Social Studies and History/Government Education. Additionally, expertise in political science, government, pre-law and/or secondary education is preferred.
