Waynesburg University is seeking applicants for the position of Resident Director. This is a full-time (10-month), live-in position that includes housing year round. Bachelor’s degree required. Residence life experience preferred. Responsibilities include daily management of residence hall; selection, supervision and evaluation of staff, counseling, and programming; opportunity to assist in Campus Ministries, Student Activities, and Community Service programs. Strong relationship and communication skills, along with an ability to promote and support a Christian vision of student development. Successful candidates must demonstrate a strong Christian faith, a commitment to the University’s Mission and a demonstrated commitment to that faith, through his/her professional responsibilities, relationships and the mentoring of students.
