Faculty Careers - English Literature and Composition
Toccoa Falls College invites applicants for a full-time faculty position in English beginning August 1, 2018. Rank will be determined at the time of appointment based on degree, experience, and record of scholarship.
Responsibilities include teaching composition and literature classes in the Humanities Department, advising and mentoring students, and participating in the usual committee assignments and other faculty activities that contribute to campus and community life.
Qualifications include an earned graduate degree (MA, MFA, or PhD) in English or Writing, with a PhD strongly preferred; a positive work/teaching record, a passion to constructively influence students, and an ability to communicate effectively. Candidates must be committed believers devoted to the Christ-centered higher educational mission of the College.
