The Dean of Enrollment Services, an administrative faculty member who reports to the Vice-President for Academic Affairs, is responsible for the administrative oversight and coordination of the Seminary’s enrollment processes.
This position will develop and oversee the departments charged with leading the Seminary’s recruitment and retention efforts. Primary to this position will be developing and maintaining robust strategies that work in concert through degree program completion while fostering a culture of excellent student care.
The successful applicant will have an earned doctorate, director-level (or above) leadership experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
In addition, this individual should have a vision for implementing data-driven recruitment and retention strategies, along with experience in data collection and analysis. Must have experience working with multiple teams and a desire to organize those teams to provide excellent student care. Experience in theological education administration, specifically Enrollment Services, is preferred.
