Trinity Christian College seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant for the Office of Information Technology. The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support for the departments under the umbrella of the Office of Information Technology, which include Information Technology, Audio/Visual, Creative Production, and Mail & Print Services.
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain a flexible work schedule of 20 hours/week the months of August-May
Direct support requests to the appropriate personnel
Assist in overseeing student worker schedules and approval of timesheets
Receive any Audio/Visual requests submitted via the online event management software, and notify the appropriate personnel
Maintain inventories of equipment and supplies
Create and update instructional materials
Document and track invoices
Other qualifications include a proficiency with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook. Someone who is energetic and enthusiastic with excellent oral and written communication skills, is highly organized and detail oriented, and is comfortable using and learning current technologies.
