With the backing of a significant donation, LPC is launching a program to provide regionally accredited, graduate-level education to emerging Hispanic leaders around the globe. The position involves directing a new program that is expected to launch in fall of 2019, teaching up to 24 units in an academic year (with a half-load release time for program administration), as well as other duties such as program development (primarily in the first year), program recruitment (in conjunction with the Recruitment department), participation on committees, developing faculty in the program, student advising, and program assessment. Faculty rank and compensation depends upon degree and experience. While the program is online, the faculty member will be expected to be physically present for work on the Life Pacific campus.
Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
