Trinity Christian College is seeking a full-time Campus Visit Coordinator to participate in all aspects of planning student visits. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office and be able to calmly and efficiently adjust last minute changes and needs of visitors. This position will work closely with the admissions office and must be able to convey accurate and timely information to prospective students, faculty and staff. Responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling, planning, promoting and execution of college visit days
Planning and scheduling visits for individual students and guests upon request
Responding quickly and accurately to specific requests to visit
Overseeing major admissions hosted events including scholarship and registration weekends
Analyzing data and surveys related to the visit experience to better enhance the future events
Accommodating various group visits to campus
Meeting and greeting students and families as they arrive for their visit
Clearly communicating and delegating responsibilities for admissions events
Effectively communicate the mission of the college to prospective students, parents, counselors, pastors, and others
Overseeing and training students to provide tours and housing to accommodate guests on campus
