QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. or DBA in business discipline from an accredited university with 5-7 years experience teaching business at the undergraduate/graduate level. Active consulting to a range of companies is a plus. A track record of primary research and publications. An ability and desire to integrate business principles with a faith perspective in course content and delivery. The Candidate must be committed to work for the establishment of a community composed of believers from every race, culture, and class who are united in their devotion to Jesus Christ, their obedience to His Word, and in their willingness to serve one another. This is a tenure track position.
Crowell School of Business is one of six schools that comprise Biola University. As part of a University, Crowell serves both graduate and undergraduate students. DUTIES: Teach 12 units in undergraduate courses, or a combination of undergraduate and graduate courses per semester. Engage in quality applied business research with an explicit integration of faith-oriented perspectives. Advise students in program, course, and career-related matters. Encouraged to pursue consulting with Los Angeles area firm(s) and actively involve such into case analysis in the classroom.
