The President of the College shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the College, the official adviser to and the executive agent of, the Board and its Executive Committee. The President shall, as educational and administrative head of the College, appoint and remove for cause such administrative officers as the needs of the College dictate, exercise a general superintendence over all the affairs of the institution, and bring such matters to the attention of the Board as are appropriate to keep the Board fully informed to meet its policymaking responsibilities. He/she shall have power, on behalf of the Trustees, to perform all acts and execute all documents to make effective the actions of the Board or its Executive Committee.

Ensure institutional alignment with Higher Learning Commission accreditation standards as well as standards of other governing authorities and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, and regulations.
Ensure effective financial management, including stewardship of financial resources and annual budget development and implementation.
Actively engage in the development of current and new revenue streams to support mission and vision achievement.
Encourage a culture of openness, teamwork, transparency, and trust throughout the College.
Promote an institutional culture that values Christianity and diversity, and actively engages under-represented groups to participate in College programs.
Take responsibility for spiritual climate, workplace environment, employee morale, and diversity.
Serve as the liaison between the College and the Board of Trustees.
The Board’s Search Committee will be receiving and processing applications from prospective candidates based on the following schedule and in the following manner:
