Candidate will develop recruitment strategies to effectively target and enroll adult students consistent with institutional growth plan. Candidate must have outstanding people, recruitment management, and marketing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop recruitment strategies targeting potential adult students for the College of Adult and Professional Studies, School of Nursing (except pre-licensure), Wesley Seminary and School of Health Sciences as assigned.
Develop networking strategies aimed at influencers of prospective adult students in College of Adult and Professional Studies, School of Nursing (except pre-licensure), Wesley Seminary and the School of Health Sciences as assigned.
Establish recruitment team outcomes that align with institutional goals.
Monitor outcomes on a consistent basis.
Develop group recruitment goals by academic discipline and region

Minimum of five years of admissions, recruitment, and marketing experience in higher education.
Must have experience and ability to think strategically, understand marketing, and develop marketing/recruitment strategies.
Must have strong communication skills, i.e.: writing and presentation.
Must have strong leadership and management skills.
Must be a seasoned and experienced recruiter.
