The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching introductory physics courses. Additional senior level courses that relate physics and/or engineering to chemistry, biology, computing science, applied mathematics, or other interdisciplinary areas are also desirable. The Faculty of Natural Sciences offers Bachelor degrees in Computing Science, Chemistry, Biology, and Environmental Studies and a minor in Mathematics. The Faculty is deeply committed to environmental responsibility and sustainability as well as social justice. Applicants with research and professional experience that can foster student understanding in these areas will fit well into The King’s University.

The successful candidate must demonstrate graduate level course work in the areas of teaching or related experience. A Ph.D. in a field related to Applied Physics, Engineering-Physics, or
Mathematical-Physics is required. Candidates with post-doctoral experience are preferred.
Six term courses or equivalent per year, including labs and seminars.
