The Higher Education Leadership program at Missouri Baptist University is now accepting applications for two adjunct faculty positions. For the first position, successful candidates will teach courses related to higher education administration, student services, and curriculum in the master’s and doctoral (EdD) higher education leadership programs offered online.
For the second position, successful candidates will serve as dissertation committee members and chairs to students pursuing their doctorate in higher education leadership. Candidates are expected to be actively involved with students as mentors and should also attend remote quarterly faculty meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess an earned doctorate in higher education, exhibit an enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting students, and should have experience teaching online courses. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a record of professional activity and have a scholarly background in qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, or action research, which may be indicated through coursework, classes taught, publications, or prior dissertation mentoring experience.
