Baylor seeks to fill the following faculty position in the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures.

POSITION: Regular Lecturer in Italian
QUALIFICATIONS: M.A., native or near-native proficiency in Italianand English, and proven excellence in undergraduate teaching. Extensive study and travel experience in an Italian-speaking country preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach elementary, intermediate, and advanced Italian language courses. The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership in extracurricular activities for students and to participate in other service activities as assigned. Experience in leading study abroad programs and innovation in program development is highly desired.
RANK AND SALARY: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
