MidAmerica Nazarene University, in Olathe, Kansas, has an opening for a full-time Director of Events and Conference Services. This director position provides leadership and resource support to campus-hosted and university-sponsored events in alignment with the university's vision and values. This position ensures that all university clients—both internal and external—receive professional, efficient, and Christ-like customer service throughout the course of their event planning and implementation. The Director is charged with positioning the department as a financially-viable university asset through resource stewardship and revenue generation that further affirms and enables the university's mission. This position will serve as Director of the Bell Cultural Events Center, overseeing the dual role as the academic home for the Department of Fine and Performing Arts and as the university's premier event-hosting venue. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Demonstrated ability with at least five years of progressive experience in event facilitation.
