The Huntington University Occupational Therapy Assistant Program invites applicants for the position of Academic Fieldwork Coordinator to start in July 2018. The academic fieldwork coordinator develops new fieldwork I and II sites for use by OTA students for their fieldwork in compliance with ACOTE 2011 Standards. The academic fieldwork coordinator creates a memorandum of understanding with each site and makes student placements at the sites. The coordinator administers evaluations of the students and the fieldwork sites, provides training for the site supervisors, and conducts orientations and debriefings for student participants. This position includes teaching in the OTA Program.
