The Vice President of Student Life is responsible for the overall administration of student life. Provides leadership and collaborates with students, faculty and staff by creating an environment that will enhance the students' personal lives and expand their understanding of life-long learning through faith, service and community.
Master's degree from an accredited institution.
Must possess a valid driver's license (and be able to obtain an Oklahoma license once hired) and have an excellent driving record for the purpose of driving university leased vehicles.
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible and proven administrative abilities in an institution of higher education. Successful administrative experience in student services at another institution is helpful.
High level of energy, innovative thinking, and ability to relate well to students, faculty, staff, and parents.
Must have demonstrated strong leadership qualities; outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a committed engagement to student success.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality of information.
Maintains compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) policy and its' procedures.
